I work in the Your Lab at XYZ University. I learned about OpenWetWare from google, many, and I've joined because Graduate Student at Florida State University studying biochemistry and structural biology. My work includes bacterial cloning, expression, and purification of a variety of proteins involved in sulfur metabolism. I have consulted OWW on a variety of occasions and would like to give back in any way I can. I have ~5 years experience in molecular biology and biochemistry techniques and feel it is important to share my experiences with others looking for advice..
