1. Run gel to verify PCR from June 16th.

Lanes: 1) Ladder; 2) p30-rTth; 3) p30M-rTth; 4) C- rTth; 5) C+ rTth; 6) p30-Taq; 7) p30M-Taq; 8) C- Taq; 9) C+ Taq; 10) p30-Platinum; 11) p30M-Plat; 12) C- Plat; 13) C+ Plat; 14) VF Augusto; 15) + Augusto.


2. Strains with plasmid 17 and 18 re-plated on June 16th didn’t grow, I’ll replate them and also re-plate mutant strain in TrpR to store it as stock.
