I work in the Emerging Technologies Department at The MITRE Corporation. I learned about OpenWetWare from a link from syntheticbiology.org. I've joined because I have been working in the area for the past 5 years and am currently organizing a SynBio Community of Interest for the VA/DC/MD area and am hoping to host our website on OWW.
