I work in the Your Lab at XYZ University. I learned about OpenWetWare from Geez who knows. Saw this mentioned on iGEM and biobricks and Gene Designer etc., and I've joined because I've always found genetics fascinating and now seems to be a time when the field is opening up to anyone one with interest. I'm definitely more of a garage hobbyist then anything else..
