Current Research

Genomics and Genetics of Interspecies Incompatibity in Arabidopsis. To identify dosage-dependent factors involved in
interspecies hybrid seed development using genomics tools. Investigating the genetic basis of variation within Arabidopsis
thaliana for compatibility in interspecies mating.

Past Research

Abiotic Stress Tolerance in cereals. Specifically, salt tolerance mechanisms in rice and barley.
