Tasklist

  • Prepare SDS-PAGE Running-Buffer
  • Run SDS-PAGE using this protocol
  • While you wait during operation or staining, analyze your dialyzed solutions from yesterday
    • Analyze both inside and outside the tubing
    • Bradford analysis for protein content (be sure to analyze non-dialyzed AuNP - lysozyme colloidal solution)
    • pH and conductivity for salt and acid content
    • You may need to dilute the solution from the interior to have enough for a conductivity test
