Objective Learn how to maintain an OpenWetWare Notebook. Description Fractions of the RuATP from the 11th of July was rotovapped. 0.02445g ATP was diluted in 0.1M TEAB and run through an ATP purification column, collecting 5mL fractions. After spotting samples of the fractions on a TLC plate, it was determined that fractions 3 and 4 contained ATP. These fractions were combined and rotovapped. Data Add data and results here...
