Remains of the Day Ran gels of TRFLP from yesterday (Fungus with ITS1F/ITS4 - 35 cycles with 48 degree annealing) and today (Bacteria with 27F/1492Rh - - 35 cycles with 50 degree annealing). The latter was a dirty reaction with lots of primer dimer type stuff and so needs to be redone.
