Dox induced Gal4-EED Cells were thawed into a T-25 flask and a day later passaged into a T-75 flask with no dilution. HEK293 Gal4-EED-luc cells were allowed to grow for 2 more days until reaching 90% confluence, at this point the cells were passaged from the T-75 into 4 separate T-25 flasks that will be induced with dox for the selected hours.
