Expression of Myoglobin The cells that grew on the plate were placed in 100mL of water and 100uL ampicilin and spun overnight. x4 The spun solutions we placed in the 1L Broth flask along with a mL of ampicilin and 1mL of 0.1mM δ-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) The solutions were again spun overnight.
