Day 7: Testing pH of Tryptophan 5 and 7 Today we are making the remainder of the samples that we didn't do last week. Those consisted of adding 7, 8, 9, and 10 drops of pH into a total of 4 test tubes for both Tryptophan 5 and Tryptophan 7. The amounts of Tryptophan for the samples of Tryptophan 5 were 0.0010g (sample 1), 0.0012g (sample 2), 0.0010g (sample 3), and 0.0011g (sample 4).
