Dilution

So today I diluted 10 μL of kinesin in:

• 90 μL of H-PEM + 1 mM ATP
• 90 μL of light PEM + 1 mM ATP

The goal of this observation is to see if the viability of kinesin is prolonged when it is stored in heavy water. Both vials are stored in the electronic ice bucket at 3°C.
