50% HPEM 3rd try

No problems at all.

90% HPEM 3rd try

Again, no problems.

60% HPEM 3rd try

There is breakups in the 1st ROI so I moved the FOV. Things are basically not moving at all.

The 2nd ROI is moving but, there is still breakage.

70% HPEM 3rd try

Thank goodness this is the last assay. Hmm, it may be the second to last one since I'm not getting a lot of good data with it.

I'm going to run with it and analyze it to see if I have a bad assay.
