So in the beginning of the week I saw that the freshly polymerized microtubules that I made were not viable after a day of sitting around. So, I decided to make a fresh batch of PEM-T and PEM-[math]\displaystyle{ \kappa }[/math]CT yesterday and polymerize some more microtubules. I checked this morning that indeed the microtubules I polymerized yesterday are still viable. This means that the PEM-T and PEM-[math]\displaystyle{ \kappa }[/math]CT are only usable for about 2 weeks. I'm really glad I started dating things because I know this now. So, I'm just going to make new sauces every week so that I do not get funkiness.
