After a long time of not having experiments up and running for the kinesin project, we are back. I still don't really know what happened but thanks everyone for chipping in and getting the lab back on track with cleaning and sterilizing. Especially Brigette, Ant and Brian for giving the lab a total scrub down with me.

Below is a gliding motility experiment with kappa-casein as the surface passivator. All materials and buffers we made with new stuff (except the kinesin and anti-fade). As you can see, we have motility!
