This is a continuation (part 2 if you will) of my description/posting of our optical tweezers system. Last time I spoke about the diode laser and our sample translation stage. This time I will attempt to fill in more gaps.

Diode laser

  • Optical isolator
  • Beam shaping
  • Spatial filtering
  • Telescopes

Sample translation stage

  • Condenser & Detector stage

New stuff will be labeled as New and updated stuff will be labeled as Updated. Updated items will be new pages for today's notebook with links to previous dates on the subject.
