[math]\displaystyle{ \kappa }[/math]-Casein will go into solution relatively easily. You just need to let it stir on the stir plate for about 30 minutes. After the casein has completely gone into solution, filter it through a 0.2 µm syringe filter and aliquot it into your favorite tube/vial. It can be stored in the +4˚C refrigerator and in the e•IceBuckets.
