Description New procedure followed, combining the two last procedures used. 5mL of 5mM HgNO3 5mL BSA (15mg/mL) both mixtures added in a 3-neck flask final pH around 9 (adjusted by 1M NaOH) temperature was set on 80C two necks are covered with stopper leave the flask in the hood under vacuum for 8-12 hours.
