Do you have any experience culturing cells (mammalian, yeast or microbial)?

  Yes, I have done a lot of E. coli culture for UROPs. 

Do you have any experience in molecular biology (electrophoresis, PCR, etc)?

  Yes, I have done a lot of DNA molecular biology for UROPs.

Please briefly describe any previous laboratory experience

From the time that I arrived at MIT to the end of sophomore year I worked on tools for synthetic biology in the Endy and Sauer labs.
