I work in the Waterston lab at the University of Washington. I am working on dissecting gene regulatory networks, focusing on spatiotemporal gene expression and downstream effects of gene perturbation.

Education

  • 2012, PhD, University of British Columbia
  • 2007, MS, University of British Columbia
  • 2002, BS, University of British Columbia

Research interests

  1. Gene expression
  2. Transcriptional cascade of gene networks
  3. Muscle cell specification, development, and subcellular dynamics
