İrem Ekici, an undergraduate from Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics at Istanbul Medeniyet University (Istanbul), was a summer (2022) intern in my laboratory. Her project involved “the construction, cloning, and expression of SARS-CoV-2 Spike gene in bacteria, yeast and mammalian cells using shuttle vectors”.
