Results from colony PCR
T/R lab results
The samples were all loaded in the following order: 1KB ladder, NY420 (negative control), NY412 or 413 (positive control), candidate A, candidate B (or numerically/alphabetically if you labeled your tubes that way). Gels were 1% agarose made in 1XTAE and run for 40 minutes at 125V.

W/F lab results
The gel with two groups on it was loaded in the following order: 1KB ladder, NY420 (negative control), NY412 or 413 (positive control), candidate A, candidate B. Gels were 1% agarose made in 1XTAE and run for 40 minutes at 125V.
The gel with three groups was loaded with the marker lane between groups.
