I am a lecturer at the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Medical Science, Naresuan University. I was also a Deputy Director of Thailand Lower Northern Science Park, spearheading Entrepreneurial University program Naresuan University. Prior to that, I was a postdoc in Prof. Jim Haseloff's lab in the Department of Plant Science at University of Cambridge from 2015-2016, working on synthetic multicellular systems for PLASWIRES project. From 2009-2014, I did my M.S. and Ph.D. in Biological Engineering at Stanford University in Prof. Drew Endyl's lab and had my dissertation research on engineering genetically encoded recombinase circuits. From 2004-2008, I did my B.Sc. in Biology and Computer Science at California Institute of Technology. |

Hi! I’m Orapan Meesungnoen, a Ph.D. student from the Department of Biology, Mahasarakham University. You can see my research and publications in https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Orapan_Meesungnoen. For my graduate research projects, I studied the bacteria tolerant to heavy metals for enhancing phytoremediation processes. My research field of interest is the relationship between plant-microbe-environment. I have skills in biomolecular analytical techniques, microbiology techniques, natural compound extraction etc. I attended an area of plant extraction and phytochemical compound analysis. Now, I’m working as a research assistant at Subsoontorn Lab at the Department of Biochemistry, Naresuan University. I’m working on the biocontrol of Fusarium in banana project. My duty are plasmid cloning, bacterial isolation and characterization, fungal antagonistic test, bacterial colonization etc |

I’m a research assistant at Subsoontorn lab, the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Medical Science, Naresuan University. I graduated from Environment science at Chulalongkorn University in master degree and I did my B.Sc. in genetic science at Chulalongkorn University. Previously, I worked as environmental staff at the printer industry has afforded me to become a good communication person skill and fieldwork skill. And I was an intern at Hospitals as genetic scientist. Currently, I am working on developing P. fluorescens for biocontrol of Panama disease in Numwa Malee Ong banana project. |

I ‘m a student at Naresuan University, which is located in Phitsanulok, Thailand. I’m now study in the Department of Biochemistry. In my free time, I usually watch English movies, listen to the music, read something news about science in the internet and sing old English songs like 70-90s. I really like to travel when I’m free and having money. I have been travel alone in Chaing Mai, on that day, I had got lots of things that make me feel wonderful and interesting to the environment around me such as the nature, people, and experiences. Moreover, I love to do researches because when I do it I will get a lot of barriers and I have to deal with it. In the rest of my life, I think I will spend time to travel around the world and do something that make advantages to my country and also the world. |

I am a 3rd year student doing BSc Biochemistry at the Department of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, University of Sheffield. (2016-2019) I got a scholarship from the Ministry of Science and Technology to graduate in cosmetic industry field. I did my final year project on the biochemical analysis of D229A point mutation in Rex1 protein of Yeast. I was in Aj Ton’s lab last Summer (August 2018). It was a very nice time with lovely people in the lab. Also, the skills I gained was very helpful when I did my own lab project. |
