OpenWetWare will be migrating to a new server on Friday, September 22, 2017.
Migration will take at least several hours as we copy 6G of text and 150G of images, upgrade our 10-year-old mediawiki software, and run complete checks on the database.
During migration, OpenWetWare will be read-only - you will be able to read articles, but not make edits.
After migration, the following features will no longer be supported:
- de-wikified pages: these subdomains will redirect to their source pages
- private wikis: you will need to move your data, either to a public wiki page or somewhere else
Some content may appear broken for a few days after migration, as we fix pages with unused parser hooks and raw html.
