If the weights of 1 and 2 are balanced, and 3 and 4 are balanced I put the numbered buckets in a different position than their caps say. It would be 1, 3, 2, 4 in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th position. I also make a sharpie label on each disposable tube to eliminate the possibility of mixing up samples in this process. | |||
