Silver: B plates

B Plates (per L)
- In 2L flask:
- 6.7 g bacto yeast extract (w/o amino acids)
- 20g agar
- 900 mL H2O
- Autoclave, and also autoclave a stir bar in a separate beaker
- Add stir bar and 100 mL of 20% glucose.
- Stir until warm to the touch, and pour plates.
