*Carl F. Constant 10:28, 30 June 2009 (EDT):Acquired results from Friday's PBMC staining. After looking at the raw data, the inactivated PBMC's in RPMI medium didn't produce very conclusive results, however, the PBMCs activated with anti-IgE did show some positive results that were encouraging.
