*Carl F. Constant 15:29, 24 June 2009 (EDT): Recieved Human CCL22 in mail, http://www.rndsystems.com/pdf/336-md.pdf , resuspended in 1 ml of Sterile PBS, final concentraion of 25 microgams/ml. Made 10 100 microliter aliquots and stored in freezer. Ran experiment staining for CCR4 on basophils, results weren't very conclusive, will run again utilizing a Fc blocking step as well.
