Lab meeting notes

  • R03 CaFree experiment results suggest that IgE-stimulated oxidative burst is Ca dependent
    • (DHR MFI is lower in Ca free conditions than in control).
    • Next: see if there is a correlation between CD63 response and DHR MFI (compare values in table).
