Robin Prince (BE doctoral), in collaboration with Richard T Lee (Brigham & Women's Hospital Cardiology, Harvard Medical School) Studying localization and activation of autocrine heparin binding epidermal growth factor (HB-EGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) signaling during cell migration in fibroblasts. HB-EGF is tagged and labeled for live single cell fluorescent imaging.
