- Fabric Name BsuRI
- Restictive Enzyme: BsuRI (HaeIII) store at -20°C
- Plasmid: pBSKS concentration 4μg/μL
- 20μL final volume
- add restictive enzyme to the mixture last
- after everything is mixed, incubate at 37°C for at least one hour
