Importing data into RAVE

To analyze your own data in RAVE, first complete the following steps.

  1. Import iEEG data
  2. Preprocess using notch filtering and wavelet decomposition
  3. Epoch data
  4. Import volumetric MRI data and cortical surface models
  5. Localize electrodes
  6. Define iEEG channel references (e.g. common average reference; bipolar) using the Reference module.
