PEG Purification

• In a 1.5 mL eppendorf tube, add volume of your structure. Then add the same volume of 15% PEG8000. For this protocol when creating bulk structures, I took 3-4 PCR tubes and combined them to pool the structures together, so around 150-200 μL.
• Spin in tabletop centrifute at 16,000g for 30 minutes. Resuspend the pellet in FOB + 16 mM MgCl2, as much voluem as you see fit.
• Dilute the structures as you see fit.
