8.3.08 Colony PCR Gel Results

No products showed up on the gel - only primer bands. I didn't include a positive control, so I can't be sure if there was something wrong with the PCR. Given the pIs001.L5 ligation has worked before, I'm hoping there was an issue with the PCR and will repeat tomorrow.
