7.31.08 SDS-PAGE Induction Assay

Ran for 1 hour at 200 V. Stained for 40 minutes in 0.3% Coomassie, destained for ~40 minutes in destaining solution. Lanes 2 and 3 were faint, but 4-7 were essentially identical. It looks like I failed to get induction again. Lanes 8 and 9 clearly show induction with a pronounced band at -28 kDa.
