7.29.08 Gel to Excise Lox/Gent Cassette

Ran 1% gel for 25 minutes at 120 volts. Stained for 15 minutes in EtBr, then imaged. Bands were at ~1 Kb and ~5 Kb as expected. I excised the 1 Kb band.
