50x TAE This protocol will make 1 liter of 50x solution. Adjust to your needs if necessary. Add 242 g of Tris base 57.1 ml of glacial acetic acid 100 ml of 0.5M EDTA (pH 8.0) Add water to 1 liter 50x SB This protocol will make 2 liter of 50x solution. Adjust to your needs if necessary.
