This wiki is aimed at collecting information on Multiparent Advanced Generation InterCrosses (MAGIC) populations, including descriptions of studies in progress, methods for their analysis, upcoming relevant conferences, and any other information of interest to researchers in this area.

The motivation for creating the webpage was the MAGIC-type Populations Workshop held June 12-13, 2013 at the National Institute of Agricultural Botany (NIAB) Innovation Farm in Cambridge, UK. This was organised by Emma Huang (CSIRO), Richard Mott (WTCHG) and Ian Mackay (NIAB). Slides and posters from workshop participants can be found here, along with additional information from the workshop.
