Lissa1:Yeast Overnight

1. Get liquid media (over bench). Choose the right liquid media for your yeast.
2. Put 5 mL of liquid media in culture tubes.
3. Be sterile!
4. Get yeast from plate in 4 degree fridge.
5. Swipe off 1 colony (far from other colonies) with a wooden stick.
6. Swish stick in culture with yeast on walls of tube.
7. Vortex briefly.
8. Put in 30 degree room overnight on the roller with speed 7ish.
