Plan:

• Use cold GPEM, add 180 ul of GPEM to 1mg lyophilized tubulin
• Add 20 ul of cold cushion buffer
• Mix, then make 5 ul aliquots in 500 ul tubes
  • Tubes will be put into 50 mL centrifuge tubes, labeled "tubulin 6/15/09, 5 λ aliquots"
