The laboratory of Dr. Rama Khokha is in the Ontario Cancer Institute, the research institute within Princess Margaret Hospital, in Toronto, ON.
We use genetic mouse models of human cancers and disease to study the cellular and molecular basis of breast, prostate, liver, lung, uterine and bone cancers, as well as investigate the role of proteolytic systems in tissue homeostasis in models of heart disease, inflammation and tissue regeneration.
