Francisco Santibanez is a graduate student in the lab of Oswaldo Ulloa at the Universidad de Concepcion in Chile. The Ulloa Lab is part of COPAS, the Center for Oceanographic Research in the Eastern South Pacific (the Centro de Investigación Oceanográfica en el Pacífico Sur-Oriental). He is visiting the lab (Spring 2006 and Summer 2007) to learn library construction techniques.
