Phototropism assays
Modified from Christie Lab protocols
1) Plate seed in lines ~5mm apart on a square plate. Leave ~30mm between lines
2) Induce germination with a 4hr light pulse under 120μE white light
3) Wrap in foil and grow plates vertically for 3 days
4) Unwrap plants and grow with 0.5μE constant blue light for 24hr
5) Scan and document curvature
