PCR for microsat do-overs Ran 4 plates of PCR for panels 1 & 2, sample groups listed in previous entry Made new working stocks of CBA23 and CBA28, should order more CBA28 soon Made dilution plate for panel 1 (RUB101026B) Seeds and seedlings Put dried seeds back into tubes, poked holes in lids with needle, and stored at room temperature in drawer Moved seedlings (that were transplanted a couple days ago) to greenhouse
