- Ghaemmaghami et al. (2003 PMID 14562106) measured 149/cell of Ptp2 and 768/cell of Ptp3 by quantitative western of entire proteome.
Since we are lumping Ptp2 and Ptp3 together in our model, we will use an abundance of 917 molecules/cell.
