1. Transformation of Bacterophage- lysis ( 2009, plate3--20T) and Autoinducer inactivation ( 2008, 1001-5F)

2. We chose single colony from 22nd july- transformations and put them into LB-Amp for isolation. Incubation for 16 hours.
