July 28th 2010

  • Innoculated colonies from 6 "full construct" (promoter = custom promoter) plates (Dilute and Concentrated promoter solutions grown in 3 cell types... 2x3=6)
  • Miniprep the 4 solutions containing custom promoter in DH5a cells (1 concentrated, 3 dilute)
  • Glycerol stocks of the three concentrated parts (6 total: 3 for -20, 3 for -80)
