Things to accomplish
Things accomplished
- Transferred 100 uL of AK3 and AC3 (AT3 failed to transform cells) construction vector-containing cells to 100 mL broth to grow up for Maxi Prep (grown for 16 hours)
- Continued butanol experiment:
- Cells from 2.8% butanol plates were transferred to 0.8% and 1.6% butanol tubes in shaker incubator.
