10.15.10

Minipreps were eluted into 35 uL of H2O:

  • golS + RBS + Terminator
  • golB + RBS + Terminator
  • golT + RBS + Terminator
  • gesA + RBS
  • gesB + Terminator
  • gesC + RBS + Terminator

Miniprep PCR verified all of all the eluted minipreps using VF2/VR.

A gel was ran for all of the PCR verified sequences.
