June 28th to July 2nd Insert your content here. Amanda: Tried PCR of GolT, B, and S, as well as GesABC. Did a lot of PCR troubleshooting. Tom: After we gave up on PCRing gesABC and golT, I started amplifying golB and golS from the first successful PCR and began trouble shooting why we've been having problems with PCR. Also met with Dr. Rao a couple of times about primers and got protein gel stuff from Joanne.
